We've made the following updates to the Manual Journals section to make recording journal entries easier than ever.

• Record journals as drafts so it does not reflect in your reports. You can publish it any time.
  
• Select multiple journal entries and publish them in bulk.  
  
• Import or export journal entries along with their status, i.e., Draft or Published.  
  
• Protect your export file with a password.  
  
• Download a journal entry as a PDF or print it and view them offline.

Ever wanted to prepare a trial balance for a period of your choice? You can now generate the trial balance for a custom period in Zoho Books. Head to your trial balance and click Customize Report and you can easily select the From and To dates to generate a custom report.  

We've introduced a new invoice template, Spreadsheet Lite. A combination of spreadsheet and spreadsheet plus, spreadsheet lite comes with a highly requested feature, the dual signature. The template now supports signatures on either side allowing both the authorized personnel and a customer to sign on an invoice. You can even customize the label based on your organization's preferences.

Manage your timesheets smartly with the new filters in the timesheets module. You can now sort and filter them out based on the customer and project name too. You can apply one filter or all of them (status of timesheets, time period, customer name and project name) together to drill down your search until you find the appropriate result.

Have you ever used up your total workflow execution limit and wondered how good it would be if you received an alert before you've exhausted them all? Well, we now notify you via email when you have utilized 80% and 100% of your workflow limits. This is applicable for email alerts, webhooks, and custom functions.
